Information we handle

Account information includes your name, email, phone, address and any date of birth supplied at signup. Business information includes your identity, registration details, content, images, domains and contact settings. Registration numbers and account details are not published as part of your business page. When you publish a real business page, its public content can appear in our directory, sitemaps and search engines.

We retain payment references, amounts, verification results, subscriptions, payout details needed for review, purchase records and delivery links. Payment providers handle card entry; ordinary TATIntelli forms do not ask for your card PIN, banking password, NIN or BVN. Connected payment credentials are encrypted and restricted to the service functions that need them.

Why and with whom

We use information to run your account and pages, fulfil purchases and domains, verify payments, deliver files, respond to support and safety reports, prevent abuse and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Depending on the services you choose, hosting, storage, transactional-email, payment, domain-registration and DNS/forwarding providers process the information needed to deliver them. A seller receives buyer details needed to fulfil and support their sale. Providers may operate in other countries. Contact us for the provider and transfer details relevant to your service.

Visitors and analytics

Essential session and security cookies support sign-in and account protection. Our first-party analytics uses browser-local random visitor/session identifiers whose server-side values are hashed. We honour browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for this collection. Raw IP addresses in analytics are scheduled for anonymization after 30 days; analytics events are scheduled for deletion after 395 days. Authorized staff may review visitor details for operations; business owners see aggregate traffic. Server and security logs are separate from these analytics records.

Retention and your choices

We keep information while needed for your service, security, accounting, disputes and other applicable obligations. Deleting an account does not necessarily erase historic purchases, domain ownership or records needed to resolve a dispute. Our team reviews each request, explains any retained categories and handles provider-held data separately. Backups may retain prior copies until their retention cycle expires; restored systems must reapply completed deletion decisions.

You may request access, correction, portability, restriction, objection or deletion, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Sign in and use data and account requests, or contact the email above if you cannot sign in. We verify identity before disclosing or changing private information. Do not email passwords, payment secrets or identity documents unless a secure, necessary verification method has been agreed.

You may also contact the Nigeria Data Protection Commission about a privacy complaint. We will update this notice when our service or handling practices change.
